Well, It's that time time of the month again to bring to you another amazing artist! A man that needs no introduction, Joe Who. Joe is a well known black and grey artist specializing in Celtic knot work, bio-mechanical, and wizards that come in many forms. You will find Joe at his shop www.piercedheartstattooparlor.com. I have the privilege to work for this man and I find myself asking the same question over and over. "How in the fuck does he do that?!?!" He is one of the best in the world when it comes to Celtic work, which he designs himself and has created a definite recognizable style that only Joe Who can produce. I am now going to let the man's work speak for itself, enjoy!
